In this phase we deliver a proposed design drawing, which we then refine into a final design and detailed proposals with the selected materials and equipment.
This is also the stage where bespoke furniture, with its specific colours, materials and equipment, is clearly presented. We look beyond furniture alone; we integrate lighting, select flooring finishes and window treatments, and determine the wall finishes. We also carefully choose items such as sanitary ware and loose furniture.

Concept design
The concept design is the first concrete step towards realising your dream interior, where your personal style, wishes and the functionality of the space come together harmoniously. This initial design is crucial because it lays the foundation for the further design process.
We bring your vision to life through sketches, visualisations and an initial selection of materials. This forms a solid base that clearly illustrates the potential of your space. This creative proposal serves as the starting point for further alignment, allowing it to be refined later into the final design.
Final design
The final design is a refinement of the original concept in which your personal preferences and our professional advice are merged into a detailed plan. This plan highlights every aspect of the design, from spatial layout to material selection, executed precisely and concretely with respect for both your vision and the functionality of the space.
This meticulously completed design forms the foundation for realisation in our workshop, where the initial measurements are translated into technical working drawings. Where applicable, final installation drawings are also created for connections within the proposed furniture and/or interior.
Throughout the entire process we remain in dialogue to accommodate any changes within the set budget, carefully considering the best options that fit your needs, expectations and budget.
